AX-PRM

AX-PRM motor operated press. The Aper motorised press has been designed for use following the gluing operations performed with the Aper machines. With the AX-PR press, the pressing time can be set, and the number of pressings to be executed for each cycle, so that the machine is flexible and adaptable for every need. The rigid mechanical structure is in semi-processed steel plate that ensures stability and resistance to stress. The resting surface consists of a conveyor belt, reinforced over the entire surface, and a balancing bar to ensure perfect planarity of the surface as to the conveyor belt during the pressing phases. The Aper AX-PR press has a strong motorisation that moves the pressing plane, and is effective on any type of polyurethane or on difficult materials such as high density viscoelastic, mattresses with wide surfaces and/or also multi-layer.
