AX-HR

The Aper AX-HR roller-gluing machine has been designed for use with Hot Melt glue. The AX-HR rolling machine consists of 2 rollers, an applicator and a batching unit, designed to maintain the temperature of the glue always constant and to adjust the correct weight of adhesive to be applied. The very robust and precise mechanical construction of the AX-HR machine, and the accuracy in the production of the batching and applicator rollers ensure very important competitive advantages among which: the possibility of a very accurate adjustment and a consequent reduction in the weight of the glue applied. The micrometric adjustment of the quantity of glue to be applied is calibrated by a manual micrometric hand-wheel. The AX-HR glue applicator is able to work as stand-alone or also in line with other APER machines.
