AX-P

AX-P automatic palletizing press. The AX-P press and palletiser has been designed to automate the storage, unloading and pressing process of unpackaged mattresses. The glued and already assembled mattresses are taken from the conveyor belt downstream of the AX-P machine that presses and palletises them on a pallet in line with the machine. Aper is able to propose an advanced technological solution, robust and compact, that integrates the pressing force and the palletising with a consequent saving of space, manpower and times. The AX-P press palletiser has all the characteristics of the 5 Ton motorised press, and is able to set the pressure to apply on the part, through the direct motorising on the pressing bed, as well as the pressing time, and  set the number of pressings to be applied  for each cycle.
