AX-PR

AX-PR pneumatic press. The Aper press has been designed for use following the gluing operations performed with the Aper machines. With the AX-PR press the pressing time can be set, and the number of pressings to be executed for each cycle, thus making the machine flexible ad appropriate for every requirement. The rigid mechanical structure is obtained with semi-processed steel plate that is able to ensure stability and resistance to stress. The resting surface consists of a conveyor belt with completely reinforced surface and a balancing bar that ensures perfect planarity of the plane as to the conveyor belt during the pressing phases. The Aper AX-PR press is effective on any type of polyurethane or on difficult materials such as high density viscoelastic, mattresses with wide surfaces and/or also multi-layer.
